The SWOT Analysis Meeting (M4) of our project was successfully held between December 16-18, 2025, hosted by our project partner COFAC. This meeting served as a critical milestone in assessing our progress and refining our future strategies.
Throughout the three-day event, the consortium achieved the following:
- Project Status Review: Partners conducted a comprehensive review of the current project status, ensuring all milestones are aligned with the timeline.
- LEAF Life Mobile Application: The testing processes for the LEAF Life app were evaluated, and specific improvement plans were developed to enhance user experience.
- Pilot E-Certificate Program: The findings from the implementation phase of the pilot e-certificate program were examined in detail.
- SWOT Analysis: A core focus was the thorough SWOT analysis of the e-certificate program. This collaborative session identified key strengths and opportunities while addressing weaknesses and threats to optimize the program model and course materials.
The meeting concluded with the establishment of a clear roadmap and joint action plans, ensuring the continued quality and sustainability of the program as we head toward the final phases of the project.
