M4: SWOT Analysis Meeting (TPM) will be held on December 16-19, 2025.
The project partner "COFAC" will host the TPM.
During the TPM, participants will primarily carry out the following activities:

The current status of the project will be reviewed.

The testing process and improvement plans for the LEAF Life Mobile Application will be discussed.

Results and findings from the implementation of the pilot e-certificate program will be examined.

Participants will thoroughly evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) of the e-certificate program. This analysis will specifically focus on providing tangible outputs for the improvement and optimization of the program model and course materials. Furthermore, in line with these SWOT assessments, the draft framework of the evaluation questionnaire specific to the e-certificate training implementation will be collaboratively reviewed and finalized.

The meeting will conclude by jointly determining the necessary improvement and development action plans in cooperation with all partners, and establishing a clear roadmap to enhance the quality of the program
