We are gathering at the "Global Issue Climate Change: The Türkiye Dimension " conference, organized in collaboration with Ankara University and Eskişehir Technical University under the scope of the Engine-EU Jean Monnet Project! Bringing together distinguished figures from the public sector, industry, and academia, this event will feature a presentation of the LEAF (Lifelong Learning for Sustainability: From campus to daily life - 2023-2-TR01-KA220-HED-000175969) project by Prof. Dr. Saye Nihan Çabuk.
With the LEAF Project, developed with a sustainability vision that shapes our future, we offer two fundamental solutions:
- E-Certificate Training Program: A comprehensive training module designed to foster changes in knowledge, skills, and behavior for a sustainable future. It covers vital fundamental knowledge and application areas necessary for understanding, mitigating, and adapting to the impacts of climate change.
- Mobile Application Solution: An application that enables individuals to calculate their daily carbon footprints, offers "daily suggestions" to reduce emissions, and uses gamification to guide users toward simple yet meaningful environmental and sustainability-related actions throughout the year.
Our goal is to transform theoretical knowledge into practice and provide concrete contributions to individuals' sustainability journeys. We invite you all to join us to share this vision and discuss sustainability solutions extending "from campus to daily life."
